None of this needs a security team. Capture a couple of things, keep away from the page itself, then get it in front of someone who can act on it.
- Copy the full web address, exactly as it appears in your browser.
- Screenshot the page, including any sign-in or payment boxes.
- Do not type anything into it and do not sign in. Looking is enough.
- Send us the link through our report form. If it targets a brand we protect, or there is a clear public-interest case, an analyst picks it up and we take it to whoever can pull it offline, usually the company that sold the domain name (the registrar) or the company hosting it. Anything outside that is better sent straight to the authorities, which in the UK means the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and Action Fraud.
